7th ANNUAL FOUR ROSES BOURBON BRUNCH!

Armsby Abbey sure does love its bourbon, especially the smooth, high rye variety produced by Four Roses. We will be serving up delicious cocktails featuring Four Roses bourbon paired with a hearty bourbon-infused brunch menu from 10am-3pm on Saturday, February 23rd & Sunday, February 24th! Toast | fresh baked bread, blood orange & bourbon preserves, cultured butter

Bacon | three thick slices of house cured and smoked pork belly

Apple & Butternut Squash Bisque | garnished with dried apple & bourbon honey, served with a side of fresh baked bread

Bourbon-Maple Muffin | finished with an oat crumble and bourbon caramel

Grilled Serrano Toast | vanilla ricotta cheese, serrano ham, toasted pecans, and bourbon maple syrup set atop grilled naturally leavened bread

Breakfast Slate | duo of Bourbon-washed Farmstead cheeses, Cricket Creek’s Sophelise & Lazy Lady’s Barrel of Fun, served with bamboo honey, cultured butter, blood orange & bourbon preserves, peanut butter, fruit, fresh baked breads
