As we all know, Cinco de Mayo is a cultural phenomenon in the United States. It’s a time to celebrate Mexican culture and, for some, an opportunity to drink a lot of margaritas & cerveza… or a way to offer you an amazing Mexican Brunch! Join us at Armsby Abbey Saturday, May 4th, & Sunday, May 5th, for some tasty Cinco de Mayo inspired brunch creations! Mexican Street Corn Soup | finished with queso fresco, pickled jalapenos and cilantro served with a side of grilled bread

Banana Cornbread | chipotle syrup, cultured butter

Chorizo Grilled Toast | chorizo, refritos, queso fresco, a soft egg and cilantro set atop a thick slice of grilled naturally leavened bread

Queso Slate | Honeyed Chevre & 12-month aged Manchego cheeses served with bamboo honey, cultured butter, sweet & spicy mango-habanero preserves, peanut butter, fruit, fresh baked breads

FINISH
Churro Waffle | topped with a smoked chocolate syrup and cinnamon-agave whipped cream

Corn Pancakes | trio of fluffy buttermilk & corn pancakes, chipotle syrup, avocado butter
