mixed greens, grilled peach, sweet corn, sunflower seed za’taar, mozzarella stracciatella, tarragon vinaigrette

Melon & Chili Gazpacho
finished with whipped chevre, salsa fresca, cilantro, and mint

Smoked Chicken 
Peach-IPA BBQ glazed, house smoked, & grilled chicken leg, local summer vegetable & whole grain succotash

Flank Steak
marinated and seared with a rhubarb steak sauce, chimichurri yucca fries, tomato salad

handmade cavatelli, sweet corn, creamy garlic scape & sunflower pesto, shaved sheep’s milk cheese

Stonefruit Cobbler
finished with cinnamon oat topping and maple vanilla whipped mascarpone

We at Armsby Abbey are elated to again be hand-picked by Cantillon’s Jean van Roy as one of only 28 locations in the USA (71 locations worldwide) to pour Zwanze 2019! Once again, Armsby Abbey will be hosting a ticketed, tented event within the adjacent parking lot. If you attended any previous Zwanze events, then you already know what is in store! If you missed out, here is your chance to get in! Only those who purchase a ticket in advance have access to this tent.

Tickets went on sale via Eventbrite , Tuesday evening, September 10th at 7PM; as with past Zwanze events, tickets sold out in minutes!
