This biodynamic and organic certified Pinot Gris is has a light citrus nose, is off dry with notes of apple & pear. It has a nice body and a smooth mouth feel with some residual sweetness combined with tartness for a very pleasant soft wine.

Strong, Bordeaux-like Cabernet scents with a lush flavor of black currant. Young, with substantial complementary tannins that emphasize a delicious finish with notable length revealing intense fruit.

On the palate there’s a hint of pears, lemons and green apples along with nice acidity and balance leaving a crisp, tart finish. On the nose, there are aromas of lemon grass, grapefruit and roses.
