Cocktails today have been elevated to new heights with the help of crafty bartenders everywhere. However one must not forget their roots. The art of making the perfect cocktail is rooted in tradition that goes back further then most of us can remember. To honor the past and acknowledge the oh so trendy present, we at the Armsby Abbey have come up with a few cocktails we term Twisted Classics… cocktails that pay homage to their heritage all the while embracing the future.

Michter’s Rye with Meletti Amaro, Vya Sweet Vermouth,
Binaco’s Better Vanilla Bitters and a torched orange peel

Our version of your Grandparents Old Fashioned made with
Hirsch Small Batch Bourbon, Luxardo Marasca Cherries,
Orange, Sugar and Angostura Orange Bitters

Caipirinha
From the shores of Brazil… Cabana Cachaca
with lots of fresh lime and sugar served on the rocks

Blood Orange Margarita
El Conquistador Blanco Tequila & Blood Orange Liqueur, fresh pressed Blood Orange Juice with our Homemade Sour mix served on the Rocks

Paloma
El Conquistador Blanco Tequila, fresh Lime & fresh squeezed Pink Grapefruit juice with a splash of soda water served on the rocks with a Salted Rim

Muddled Jumbo Spanish Olives along with

Twisted Sazerac
New Orleans made this drink a classic with Absinthe & Rye…
we twisted it and added a little homemade Grenadine to make it
a highly drinkable & refreshing beverage! Fear not, our version
is still finished with a St. George Spirits Absinthe mist

Dark & Stormy
We know you’re use to the classic made with Goslings but give our version a try –
it’s sure to please the palate! Ron Abuelo Anejo 12yr Rum with Maine Root Ginger Beer,
Domain de Canton Ginger Liqueur and fresh Lime
