Chevre from Crystal Brook Farm (Sterling, MA) is an Abbey favorite! This local goat’s cheese is exceptionally smooth and creamy

Bridgid’s Abbey from Cato Corner Farm (Colchester, CT) is a Trappist-style monastery cow cheese aged 2-4 months with a smooth, creamy, salty consistency. A best seller for Cato Corner now for years – its irresistible rich, mild taste is ideal for all-day eating!

Westfield Farms Blue Chevre (Hubbardston, MA) is a surface-ripened goat cheese with a complex taste, reminiscent of truffles & mushrooms.

Shy Brother’s Hannahbells (Westport, MA) are thimble in size; a soft cow cheese with a mild yet grassy flavor

Bermuda Triangle from Cypress Grove (Arcata, CA) is an elegant, soft, surface ripened goat’s cheese with a creamy texture and a luscious, subtle tangy flavor

Point Reyes Original Blue (Point Reyes Station, CA) is a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth farmstead cheese that has full, rich blue flavor showcasing the milk of their pastured Holstein cows as well as the salty pacific breezes from the Tomales Bay

San Andreas from Bellwether Farms (Sonoma County, CA) is a raw sheep’s milk cheese aged for about 3 ½ months. Similar to a Pecorino, San Andreas is a smooth full flavored sheep’s milk cheese.

Chimay Grand Cru (Belgium) is made by the same Trappist Monks that brew Chimay Bier. This is a semi-hard pressed cheese aged for (6) weeks; it is fairly pungent and über creamy

Mahón (Spain) is a semi-soft cow’s cheese that has been aged for about a year. Hailing from the Spanish isle of Menorca, Mahon boasts a certain sharpness; its lemony, salty flavors evince the rural Mediterranean seascape. Mahón is tangy, intense & delicious!

Bleu d’Auvergne (France) is an ultra creamy blue cow’s milk cheese that possesses a grassy, herbaceous, pungent taste
