Shy Brother’s Hannahbells (Westport, MA) are thimble in size; a French style soft cow cheese with a mild yet grassy flavor named after “Hannah”… the shy brothers’ Mom.

Cricket Creek Maggie’s Round (Williamstown, MA) was a 2011 American Cheese Society Competition First Place Winner! Aged for over 60 days, this semi-firm, raw cow’s milk cheese is inspired by the toma cheeses of the Italian Alps. The flavor is sharp and bright with citrus notes reminiscent of an IPA while the rustic rind adds earthy undertones.

Hooligan is Cato Corner’s signature “stinky” cheese that has been recognized by both Saveur Magazine & Slow Food USA as one of America’s top cheeses. This is a ripe, washed-rind cow cheese with a soft creamy interior, gorgeous orange rind & heady aroma. Hooligan doesn’t mess around! This is one for those who appreciate a good handcrafted stinky cheese!

Blue Ledge Lake’s Edge (Salisbury, VT) is named after the stones found along our Lake Champlain, this dramatic mold-ripened goat cheese is aged for 3 weeks. Lake’s Edge is as delectable, as it is beautiful. The goat’s milk flavor is rich with a hint of saltiness, and the line of jet-black ash runs through the soft cakey center striking a bold contrast with the white paste.

Jasper Hill Moses Sleeper (Greensboro, VT) is a bloomy-rind pasteurized cow cheese aged 3-6 weeks. When young the flavor is buttery, bright, and savory, and when longer-aged the paste is creamier and takes on the aroma and flavor of brassica vegetables.

Spring Brook Farm Raclette (Reading, VT) is traditionally made in both Switzerland and France, so we are very, very excited to have an American version from the Green Mountain State. This high quality cheese comes from high quality milk, from a small herd of only 40 Jersey cows seasonally. Reading Raclette is mild, semi-soft cheese that has flavors of sweet milk, with a sour, tart rind.

5 Spoke Creamery Tumbleweed (Port Chester, NY) pays homage to the French Cantal Fermier, this raw semi-hard cow’s milk cheese shows its true form after aging 8 months in the cave. Delicately fruity flavor with a unique curdy texture and a creamy finish that is brothy with brown butter aromas.

Twin Maple Hudson Red (Ghent, NY) is made from raw Jersey Cow milk that is aged for a minimum of 60 days. This cheese offers a depth of flavor with a soft paste and a pungent tacky rind from its weekly brine washing in the tradition of an Alsatian Muenster.

Shepherd’s Way Big Woods Blue (Nerstrand, MN) is a full-flavored blue sheep milk cheese that blends the creaminess of sheep milk with an open texture and spicy, complex flavor. One of the best blue cheeses made in America, it has finished top in its class twice at the American Cheese Society.

Point Reyes Blue (Point Reyes Station, CA) is creamy with an elusive, salty flavor that is attributed to the coastal fog & briny breezes that cascade over the cow’s pasture. Point Reyes is aged for at least 6mos. giving it plenty of time to develop its sea-blue veins & deep, luscious flavor.
