Fantôme Hiver
Brasserie Fantôme, Belgium, 8.0% (750ml)
Fantôme is a classic artisanal farmhouse brewery in the heart of the Ardennes Forest. Its brews are in the robust, flavorful “Saison” style, and brewer Dany Prignon is known for his creative and adventurous brews. Hiver is their saison in celebration of the winter season featuring earthy spice, fruit, and funk.

Jolly Pumpkin Luciérnaga
Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales, Michigan, 6.5% (750ml)
This artisan ale is brewed in the Grand Cru tradition. Its golden effervescence and gentle hop aroma are punctuated by a sour, funky yeast. Aged in oak barrels, coriander and Grains of Paradise round out the spicy palate, along with sour fruit notes and a hint of pepper.

The Tide & Its Takers
Anchorage Brewing Company, Alaska, 9% (750ml)
Opened in August of 2010, this brewery makes all oak-aged, Brettanomyces infused specialty beers. This one in particular is a Belgian Style Tripel aged in French oak Chardonnay barrels with brett. The taste is very much that of a sweet tripel, but with tropical brett notes complementing the fruity pale malt flavors. There’s a mildly sour and oaky finish that helps balance the sweetness with a touch of buttery, vinous oak to round things out.

Cantillon Rosé de Gambrinus
Brasserie Cantillon, Belgium, 5.0% (750ml)
The nose on this deep pink beer brings a strong raspberry presence along with some oak, a bouquet of flowers, and a nice amount of lactic acid. The taste is the same with the tart raspberries dominating. A slight fruity sweetness is there, along with a touch of light oak. A lovely homage to the unofficial patron saint of beer!
