Winter Warmer Brunch 1/27-1/28

What better way to embrace the harsh, cold Winter than by celebrating it! Join us this weekend for a very special edition of our weekend brunch; we’ll be serving up some über comforting menu items, tapping rich, warming seasonal beers & once again, the decadent Hot Chocolate Bar will make its return!!!

Reservations are not required, however, if you have any children in your party, any seating requests, or a group of 6 or more, we do recommend calling us at 508-795-1012 in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.  You can also make general reservations via the complimentary reservation app, RESERVE! Table reservations during brunch are available at 10:00/11:45/1:30.

Bacon | three thick slices of house cured and smoked pork belly

Granola & Yogurt | homemade granola, tangy yogurt, bamboo honey, apple

Sweet Treats | trio of fresh baked mini pastries from Crust Bakeshop (TBD)

Grilled Toast | serrano ham, creamy goat cheese, roasted brussels sprouts, blood orange maple, and a soft-cooked egg on grilled naturally leavened bread

Soup du Jour | served with a side of fresh baked bread

Breakfast Slate | duo of Farmstead cheeses, Sage Farm Spruce and Sweet Rowan Storm, served with bamboo honey, cultured butter, cranberry-quince preserves, peanut butter, apple, fresh baked breads

Chocolate Waffle | topped with blood orange maple syrup, bourbon fluff, toasted hazelnuts

Apple Pie Pancakes | trio of fluffy spiced apple pie pancakes, vanilla bean maple syrup, brown butter graham streusel, cinnamon butter

Winter Salad | shaved cabbage, mixed greens, candied pecans, cider & cardamom roasted squash, creamy goat cheese, roasted apple & quince dressing

Mac & Cheese | assorted Farmstead cheeses, IPA, rustic breadcrumbs

Quiche | fried brussels sprouts, roasted potatoes, apples, chives, Vermont cheddar, heavy cream, and local eggs set in a flaky whole grain crust served with a side of dressed greens

Braised Beef Sandwich | stout braised grass-fed beef, hot pepper bechamel, apple braised cabbage, crispy fried onions and a fried egg served on a fresh baked English muffin with a side of dressed greens

Breakfast Pizza| house smoked Chimney Hill Farm ham, mushroom cream sauce, caramelized onions, gruyere cheese, pickled apples, chives, a soft-cooked egg

Cocoa-rubbed Pork | cocoa & cinnamon rubbed pork butt set atop mashed potato & winter squash with fried kale, a cranberry beet glaze, and a soft-cooked egg
