New Years Day Hangover Brunch

 

Join us here at Armsby Abbey on January 1, 2018, from 10am-3pm for our annual New Year’s Day Hangover Brunch! As always we’ll be offering up some of our Abbey brunch favorites along with a few additional hangover cures. Our bar team will be crafting up some special elixirs & tonics to help cure that nasty hangover while Chef Damian Evangelous serves up hearty, warming Farmhouse brunch fare from the kitchen.

Reservations are not required, but if you have any children in your party or a group of 6 or more please call 508-795-1012 in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Table reservations are available at 10:00/11:45/1:30. Bacon | three thick slices of house cured and smoked pork belly

Granola & Yogurt | homemade granola, tangy yogurt, bamboo honey, apple

Soup du Jour | served with a side of fresh baked bread

Sweet Treats | trio of fresh baked mini pastries from Crust Bakeshop (TBD)

Oxtail Poutine | shredded oxtail, cheddar cheese curds, pickled butternut strings finished with gravy, a fried egg, and fresh chives

Breakfast Slate | Chef’s selection of two Farmstead cheeses, bamboo honey, cultured butter, seasonal preserves, peanut butter, apple, fresh baked breads

Harvest Salad | mixed greens, sliced apples, roasted fall squash, grilled red onions, spiced pepitas, roasted apple vinaigrette, parmesan

Mac & Cheese | assorted Farmstead cheeses, IPA, rustic breadcrumbs

Prosecco Waffle | made with sparkling wine topped with orange zest mascarpone, cranberry dulce de leche, and candied pecans

Roast Beef Sandwich | sliced roast beef, fried onion strings, horseradish-sriracha aioli, and a fried egg served on a fresh baked ale roll with a side of dressed greens

Benedict | cured pork shoulder braised in bacon fat mojo verde, spicy hollandaise sauce, fried serrano ham, bread & butter pickles, served on English muffin and finished with soft eggs

Hash | chorizo sausage, shredded potatoes, rainbow carrots, black beans, sweet potatoes, over a beet puree, finished with salsa verde, lemon zest, and a soft-cooked egg
