Christmas Brunch 12/23 & 12/24

Christmas approaches, join us here at Armsby Abbey for our first ever Christmas Brunch! The eggnog will be flowing, cocktails sparkling and the menu bursting with cheer! We will be serving brunch from 10AM-3PM on Saturday, December 23rd & Sunday, December 24th! Table reservations are available at 10:00/11:45/1:30, call today or download/use the reservation app, RESERVE!

Toast | fresh baked breads, seasonal preserves, cultured butter

Bacon | three thick slices of house cured and smoked pork belly

Granola & Yogurt | homemade granola, tangy yogurt, bamboo honey, apple

Soup du Jour | served with a side of fresh baked bread

Sweet Treats | fresh baked trio of sticky buns, apple cider doughnut holes, and kouign-amann from our neighbor Crust Bakeshop

Chocolate Pots de Creme | peppermint cream, toasted cinnamon

Figgy Oatmeal | rolled oats, macerated figs, Irish whiskey infused cream, toasted hazelnuts

Breakfast Slate | Chef’s selection of two Farmstead cheeses, bamboo honey, cultured butter, seasonal preserves, peanut butter, apple, fresh baked breads

Harvest Salad | mixed greens, sliced apples, roasted fall squash, grilled red onions, spiced pepitas, roasted apple vinaigrette, parmesan

Mac & Cheese | assorted Farmstead cheeses, IPA, rustic breadcrumbs
MIX-IN: Roasted Jalapeños +$1 | Caramelized Onions +$1 | Roasted Mushrooms +$1 | House cured Bacon +$2|Rogue Smokey Blue +$2

Gingerbread Waffle | warm apple compote, brandy mascarpone, toasted chestnuts

Eggnog French Toast | two pieces of fresh baked honey oat bread dredged in a rich eggnog batter, smoked maple syrup, toasted cinnamon butter, candied cranberries

Quiche | roasted apples, potatoes, Brussels sprouts, caramelized onion, Vermont cheddar, thyme, heavy cream and local eggs set in a flaky whole grain crust served with a side of dressed greens

Brisket Sandwich | smoked brisket, cider braised red cabbage, Gran cru cheese, cranberry mustard, and a fried egg served on fresh baked English muffin with a side of dressed greens

Pork Belly | candied sweet potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts & mushrooms, pickled beets, a soft-cooked egg, fried sage

Mincemeat Pasties | classic Holiday dish made with beef chuck, bone marrow & beef suet, apples, dried fruit, and winter spices; served with mashed potato and squash, leek & mushroom jus, pickled red onion, a soft-cooked egg

    Will the Christmas Brunch be a buffet style or will it be a traditional menu with themed items?

    Hi Kim,
    Christmas brunch will have some holiday-themed items and is offered a la carte, we do not offer a buffet. The menu will be posted as soon as it is finalized so feel free to check back in the next week.
