ARMENO COFFEE BRUNCH Saturday, September 30th & Sunday, October 1st

With National Coffee Day falling on Friday, September 29th, it is seems only fitting to host our annual coffee brunch with Armeno Coffee Roasters the same weekend! We’ll be featuring a variety of fresh roasted Armeno Coffee not only in/on our brunch menu items but also be serving up plenty of coffee based cocktails as well! Toast | fresh baked breads, fig & coffee jam, cultured butter

Bacon | three thick slices of house cured and smoked pork belly

Granola & Yogurt | homemade granola, tangy yogurt, bamboo honey, peaches

Soup du Jour | served with a side of fresh baked bread

Truffles | trio of housemade mocha truffles topped with fleur de sel

Grilled Toast | fig & coffee jam, lemon ricotta, sliced serrano ham, fresh herbs, grilled naturally leavened bread

Fried Rillette | red eye gravy, pickled tomatillos

Cracklins | coffee-paprika tossed pork cracklins drizzled with Calabrian honey

Breakfast Slate | Chef’s selection of two Farmstead cheeses, bamboo honey, cultured butter, fig & coffee jam, peanut butter, peaches, fresh baked breads

Early Autumn Salad | mixed greens, shredded apples & cabbage, fried broccoli, grilled red onions, apple cider yogurt dressing, parmesan

Mac & Cheese | assorted Farmstead cheeses, IPA, rustic breadcrumbs

Waffle | sweet potato & coffee waffle, streusel topping, burnt cinnamon & coffee maple syrup, vanilla whipped cream, fresh grated nutmeg

Pancakes | sweet & spicy Mexican chocolate pancakes, vanilla butter, coffee & piloncillo syrup, toasted pepitas and sunflower seeds

Quiche | smoked pears, caramelized onions, Alpine cheese, sweet potatoes, heavy cream and local eggs set in a flaky whole grain crust served with a side of greens dressed in a honey-coffee vinaigrette

Pulled Pork Sandwich | coffee-molasses brined, smoked and pulled pork butt, caramelized squash & coffee BBQ, braised greens, house pickles and a fried egg served on fresh baked pullman style sourdough, with a side of greens dressed in a honey-coffee vinaigrette

Pork Belly | coffee-ancho crusted pork belly, porridge of local oats and wheat berries, coffee roasted and glazed carrots, a soft-cooked egg

Hash | pulled espresso brined, dry rubbed chicken thigh; potato, carrot, onion & delicata squash hash, a soft-cooked egg, red eye gravy, fresh chives, finished with coffee-paprika and fleur de sel
