Bacon Brunch 9/2-9/4

International Bacon Day is Saturday, September 2nd so what better way to honor our favorite cured meat than to build a brunch around it! So this Labor Day weekend we won’t stop at one day, or even two…. we’ve got 3 days of brunch in the works! Chef’s Damian Evangelous & Sean Dacey have been curing pork belly all month in preparations of an all out bacon feast!

Join us Saturday, Sunday AND Monday of Labor Day Weekend for three days of all you can eat, and drink, bacon from 10AM-3PM each day! Table reservations begin at 10AM via the app RESERVE or by calling 508-795-1012.

Here is a taste of what you can expect at Bacon Brunch 2017….

Fritters | bacon & corn masa fritters, bacon fat salsa negra, cotija, cilantro, pickled onion, lime

French Toast | two thick slices of chocolate dredged honey oatmeal bread topped with blueberry orange preserves, bacon fat smoked chocolate sauce, candied bacon crumble

Stout Waffle | smoked sweet potato & stout waffle, bacon-blackberry jam, bacon-vanilla whipped cream

Tortilla Espanola | traditional Spanish tortilla of local eggs, potato and bacon cooked in bacon fat, served with a bacon fat hot pepper aioli, fresh baked bread, dressed farm greens
NOTE: a limited supply of vegetarian tortilla de patata will also be available

Breakfast Burger | Cricket Creek Farm beef & house ground bacon patty, manchego cheese, crispy potatoes, fresh arugula, a fried egg, dried tomato & bacon fat aioli, bacon & red onion jam served on a freshly baked English muffin with a side of dressed farm greens

Pork Belly | slow smoked with a bacon, corn & peach “risotto”, grilled peach, bacon-sherry vinaigrette, a fried egg

Hash | house smoked, bacon cured Cricket Creek Farm beef, potato, corn, caramelized onion, and summer squash hash; bacon & corn puree, bacon-red onion jam, a soft cooked egg, bacon pickled onions and scallions
