On Sunday, April 9th, we will be open for STOUTFEST Brunch, 10AM-3PM, and will be adding a few more exclusive and rare stouts to draw you back in for day #2! STOUTFEST BRUNCH MENU:
Smoked Fish Toast | grilled naturally leavened rye bread, smoked fish & cream cheese spread, pickled red onions, pea shoots, a soft cooked egg, chive oil
Chocolate-Stout Sweet Bread | served with cinnamon vanilla butter, stout infused preserves
Stout Waffle | salted caramel sauce, toasted pecans, orange bergamot whipped cream
Pancakes | trio of coffee infused buttermilk & buckwheat pancakes, smoked maple syrup, toasted oatmeal streusel, cinnamon-vanilla butter
Quiche | roasted carrots, apples, potatoes, blue cheese, chives, caramelized onions, cream and eggs served with a side of dressed greens
Brisket | smoked brisket, mushrooms, caramelized onions, cheddar grits, braised greens, soft-cooked egg
Roast Beef | house smoked roast beef, blue cheese horseradish crema, bacon-onion jam, arugula, a fried egg, served on a sesame ale roll with a side of dressed greens
Chicken & Biscuits | pulled chicken with a rich stout gravy served atop fresh baked cheddar-chive biscuit, fried kale chips, pickled jalapenos, a soft-cooked egg
