Sunday, May 8th from 10AM-3PM

Hey Moms, what better way to celebrate Mother’s Day then to have someone else wait on
YOU hand & foot?!? Brunch begins at 10AM and while the bar & patio (weather permitting)
will remain open for walk-ins, we will be taking table reservations for 4pp+ at
10AM / 11:45AM / 1:30PM

Please note that our menu is subject to change
based on the availability of local springtime produce

Trio of fluffy lemon-buttermilk pancakes topped with
rhubarb syrup and vanilla cultured butter

Made with Carlson Orchard Apple Cider topped with bergamot whipped cream,
toasted walnuts, and smoked maple syrup

Roasted rainbow carrots, grilled ramps & asparagus,
Vermont cheddar, Crystal Brook Chevre, local organic eggs and cream
in a whole wheat crust served with a side of dressed greens

Turkey  Breakfast Sandwich $14
Roasted Misty Knoll turkey, Queen’s Greens arugula, Maplebrook Farm Mozzarella,
grilled ramp and nut pesto, and a fried local egg served on
fresh baked focaccia with a side of dressed greens

Biscuits ‘n’ Gravy $16
Cheddar and chive biscuits with chicken gravy, pickled ramps, grilled asparagus,
chicken skin chicharrón, and a soft-cooked local egg

Pork Belly $16
Slow roasted Adams Farm Duroc pork belly, roasted rainbow carrots,
French breakfast radishes, spinach puree, apple-mint glaze,
and a soft-cooked local egg
