What better way to embrace the harsh, cold Winter, than by celebrating it! Join us Saturday, January 23rd & Sunday, January 24th from 10AM-3PM each day for our annual Winter Warmer brunch; we’ll be serving up some über comforting menu items, tapping rich, warming seasonal beers & offering up a Hot Chocolate Bar!!!

Featuring Four Star Farms oat groats, local milk, vanilla, dried cranberries,
peanut praline, brown sugar, candied peanuts, and fresh mint

Oxtail Toast $7
Fresh baked naturally leavened bread from Crust Bakeshop with
grass-fed oxtail marmalade, pickled red onion, and shaved radish

Soup du Jour $7
Made from scratch daily and served with a side of
fresh baked bread from Crust Bakeshop

Breakfast Slate $15
Chef’s choice of two Farmstead cheeses served with local bamboo honey, Carlson Orchard apple, cultured butter, seasonal preserves, peanut butter & fresh baked breads

Pancakes $11
Trio of buttermilk pancakes, smoked maple syrup, coffee cultured butter

Cocoa Waffle $12
Topped with peanut praline, cranberry jam, and a bourbon-vanilla fluff

Mac ‘n’ Cheese $12
Made with an artisan assortment of our Farmstead cheeses & IPA
topped with homemade rustic ale-bread crumbs

Quiche $12
Roasted winter squash, red onions, apples, Crystal Brook Farm Chevre
and local organic eggs served with a side of fresh dressed local greens

Breakfast Sandwich $13
Roasted Misty Knoll Farm chicken stewed with Tuscan kale, tomato, garlic, onion, oregano, chiles smothered with Maplebrook Farm mozzarella, and a fried local egg served on a fresh baked ciabatta roll with a side of fresh dressed local greens

Housemade pork breakfast sausage, local & sweet potato hash, roasted winter squash puree and a crispy fried local egg finished with fresh chives and raw turnip

Beef Stew $16
Adams Farm grass-fed beef stew made with Trillium Pot & Kettle, parsnips, turnips, carrots, celery root & herbs, finished with a soft-cooked local egg, fresh horseradish and parsley
