The countdown is on to Fat Tuesday on February 9th, but before its over… we sure do love our brunch here at the Armsby Abbey and who doesn’t love New Orleans? Join us on Saturday, February 6th, and Sunday, February 7th, from 10AM-3PM each day for an amazing brunch featuring Creole fare and cocktails!

Traditional crispy cookie of pecans, bacon & sugar

Sweet Potato Beignets $7
Baked in-house and served with
a chicory coffee reduction and powdered sugar

Kings Cake
Traditional New Orleans style King cake
baked for us by Crust Bakeshop

Brandy Milk Bread Pudding $11
Made with fresh baked breads, Brandy, nutmeg, and orange zest
finished with an aerated brandy milk custard

Pecan Pie Waffle $12
Roasted sweet potato waffle topped with a
gooey pecan pie topping & bourbon vanilla whipped cream

Boudin Benedict $15
Housemade boudin cakes topped with braised local greens,
soft cooked local egg and a Creole mustard hollandaise

Fried Oyster Po’Boy
Cornmeal fried oysters with shredded lettuce, housemade pickles,
mayonnaise and hot sauce served on fresh baked French bread

Pork Belly Tasso
Tasso cured and smoked pork belly with stewed red beans,
pickled greens and a crispy fried egg

Made with an assortment of local root vegetables served with a Creole rice
