Irish Brunch 3/12-3/13

We sure do love our brunch here at the Armsby Abbey and who doesn’t love St. Patrick’s Day? With an Irish crew like Chef Sean Dacey at the helm cooking up his favorite Irish inspired brunch items, Joy Flanagan crafting up the cocktails and Ian McGinnes tending to the draught lineup, this is bound to be another amazing brunch! Join us Saturday, March 12th & Sunday March 13th from 10AM-3PM each day.



Sweet Treats
Fresh baked mini chocolate chip scones with an Irish crème glaze,
walnut-sticky buns & stout brioche doughnut holes from Crust Bakeshop

Country Toast
Fresh baked breads from Crust Bakeshop
served with seasonal preserves & cultured butter

(3) thick slices of cured & house smoked bacon
made with heritage pork belly from Adams Farm

Irish Soda Bread
Fresh baked for us at Crust Bakeshop!
Served with clotted cream & apple whiskey preserves

Irish potato cake served with fried leeks,
clotted cream and a soft-cooked local egg

Brassicas Salad
Shredded local kale, cabbage, and kohlrabi, with sliced apple,
focaccia croutons, and a citrus yogurt dressing

Trio of fluffy buttermilk pancakes topped with
cultured butter and a whiskey infused raisin & currant maple syrup

Stout Waffle
Made with stout and topped with toffee sauce,
toasted hazelnuts and a dark chocolate whipped cream

Roasted brussel sprouts & apples, caramelized leeks, Vermont cheddar, Great Hill Blue cheese, fresh thyme local organic eggs and cream served with a side of dressed local greens

Corned Beef Sandwich
Housemade corned beef, stout whole grain mustard, smoked whiskey onions, greens, cheddar & a fried local egg served on a fresh baked rye roll with a side of dressed local greens

Fried pig’s trotter cakes served over colcannon with a mushroom jus and a fried local egg

Lamb Stew
Lilac Hedge Farm Lamb with rutabaga, turnips, rainbow carrots, potatoes and
a soft-cooked local egg served with a side of grilled rye bread
