We sure do love our brunch here at the Armsby Abbey and who doesn’t love St. Patrick’s Day? With an Irish crew like Chef Sean Dacey at the helm cooking up his favorite Irish inspired brunch items, Joy Flanagan crafting up the cocktails and Ian McGinnes tending to the draught lineup, this is bound to be another amazing brunch! Join us Saturday, March 14th & Sunday March 15th from 10AM-3PM each day.


Irish Soda Bread
Fresh baked Iris Soda bread from CRUST Bakeshop
served with Clotted Cream & Apple-Whiskey Preserves

Smoked Potato & Rutabaga, Caramelized Leeks, Vermont Cheddar, Great Hill Blue Cheese and local Organic Eggs served with a side of fresh dressed local greens

Stout Waffle
Made with Bar Harbor Cadillac Mountain Stout topped with
Toasted Hazelnuts, Coffee Whipped Cream and Maple Syrup

Buttermilk Pancakes
Trio of Buttermilk Pancakes, Cultured Butter,
Whiskey infused Raisin & Currant Maple Syrup

Root Cellar Salad
Local greens with shaved raw Root Cellar Vegetables,
Crystal Brook Farm Chevre, House candied Nuts, Pear Vinaigrette

Corned Beef Sandwich
Housemade Corned Beef & Bacon Rasher on fresh baked naturally leavened Rye bread from CRUST Bakeshop Stout-Whole Grain Mustard, Smoked Whiskey Onions, local Greens, Vermont Cheddar and a fried local egg served with a side of fresh dressed local greens

Lamb, Pork & Potato Pastie
Housemade Pastie stuffed with Vermont raised Lamb, Adams Farm Pork & local Potatoes served atop Colcannon with Mushroom Jus and a soft-cooked local egg

Smoked Cod
Creamy Smoked Cod on a Potato Boxty with fried Leeks,
pickled Onions and a soft-cooked local Egg

    Will is be possible to make reservations or will seating be exclusively first come first serve?

    As always, brunch is first come first served. However if you have a larger group of 6 or more, have mobility or health issues, reservations are an option.
