Four Roses Bourbon Brunch 2/28-3/1

Armsby Abbey sure does love its bourbon, especially the smooth, high rye variety produced by Four Roses.  The distiller will be in town again so we’re cooking up some delicious brunch items featuring their fine bourbon along with plenty of bourbon cocktails. No reservations required. Just come and enjoy some oak aged Kentucky goodness Saturday, February 28th & Sunday, March 1st from 10AM-3PM each day.

Fresh baked Honey-Oatmeal bread dredged in a Bourbon-Egg Batter then toasted until golden brown topped with an Apricot Bourbon Syrup and Toasted Pecan Butter

Bourbon-brined, roasted Adams Farm Duroc Pork Butt, Smoked Bourbon Onions,
Vermont Cheddar, Bourbon Jalapeño Aioli and a fried local egg
