Handmade Papardelle Pasta, Beef Heart & Pork Jowl Ragu,
Parmesan & Olive Oil Breadcrumbs

Course 3
Torrija made with our Honey Oat Bread soaked in Spiced Cream then fried a la plancha,
served with Brown Butter Ice Cream and Caramelized Honey

will be offered for $23.14 daily from 5PM-10PM February 24th – March 8th
