Bar Manager, Joy Flanagan, chatted with the folks of Worcester Magazine about our Chef’s love for this fatty pork product on our seasonal menus and how it has transcended the boundaries of the kitchen to find it’s way into some of our favorite libations behind the bar! Why yes! I would love to add a slice of Bacon to my Bloody Mary!
