REC 4th Annual Slow Food Gala 10/14

The owners of the Armsby Abbey are proud to be part of the planning & host committee for this years 4th Annual Regional Environmental Council (REC) Slow Food Gala at the College of the Holy Cross at 6:30PM on Thursday, October 14, 2010, featuring an evening that celebrates locally grown & sustainable food.

Sherri & Alec have been working very hard with this year’s Gala planning committee to ensure the integrity of this event. The entire menu is completely sourced from within 100 miles of Worcester! You will be able to enjoy an array of local produce, breads, cheeses, meat, coffee, beer & wine while enjoying local entertainment provided by Worcester Musicians Jon Short, Duncan Arsenault and Dan Burke! And thanks to local businesses this year’s Silent Auction will be one to bring your checkbooks for… afterall the Holidays will be here before you know it & this is a great place to start shopping!
