On Monday, June 21st, the first official day of Summer, we will be hosting the “Summer Solstice Spirited Dinner”! Sherri & Joy will be premiering some of their NEW Righteous Summer Cocktails that Alec & his Culinary team will pair up with an amazing 6+ course refreshing Summer menu!
This dinner goes beyond the farm-to-table concept and incorporates the farm-to-glass element; Strawberries, Rhubarb, fresh Herbs and Flora to give you but a wee bit of insight as to what you can expect to imbibe on this evening.
The Armsby Abbey will be closed to the general public this evening from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM so all our dinner guests can thoroughly enjoy a night of great food, spirits and conversation! Without giving away TOO much, here is your menu for the evening! As with all our events, this menu is based on the availability of certain items so there is a possibility that some of these items may be modified, but we can promise you that you will NOT be disappointed! Please note, the menu stands as is with no vegetarian or dietary exceptions. All we ask is that you come to this spirited dinner with an open mind and empty stomach.
