Solstice Spirited Dinner 6/21

On Monday, June 21st, the first official day of Summer, we will be hosting the “Summer Solstice Spirited Dinner”! Sherri & Joy will be premiering some of their NEW Righteous Summer Cocktails that Alec & his Culinary team will pair up with an amazing 6+ course refreshing Summer menu!

This dinner goes beyond the farm-to-table  concept and incorporates the farm-to-glass element; Strawberries, Rhubarb, fresh Herbs and Flora to give you but a wee bit of insight as to what you can expect to imbibe on this evening.

The Armsby Abbey will be closed to the general public this evening from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM so all our dinner guests can thoroughly enjoy a night of great food, spirits and conversation! This dinner is strictly limited to 60pp with Reservations in advance ONLY. Please call 508.795.1012 to reserve your seat(s) NOW!

Without giving away TOO much,  here is your menu for the evening! As with all our events, this menu is based on the availability of certain items so there is a possibility that some of these items may be modified, but we can promise you that you will NOT be disappointed! Please note, the menu stands as is with no vegetarian or dietary exceptions. All we ask is that you come to this spirited dinner with an open mind and empty stomach. The cocktails we have come up with are going to pair beautifully with the culinary treats from our kitchen; what better way to celebrate the first official day of Summer!

    Dear Armsby Abbey tribe,

This looks amazing, fabulous and so needed for us needing to be re-grounded after the cold and raining spring. Would love to attend.

    Help Me Rhonda
I do need to cancel a reservation for 3 that we made for Mother’s Day brunch at 11 but I can’t find a place on this site where I can do this. Am I blind or misguided or both?

Thanks for your wonderful, wonderful place.

  2. armsbyabbey says:

Thanks to you for supporting us! Your cancellation for Mother’s Day was received, we’re sorry you had a change of plans!

Regarding the Solstice Dinner – we’re very excited to start putting that menu together. Farms are a few weeks ahead of schedule due to the early season warmth we’ve had, so we’ll likely have more produce/fruit options than we expected! We’re almost full for that dinner though, so if you’d like to reserve a spot, give us a call at 508.795.1012!

  3. Marina says:

Will this be a beer dinner? Or all cocktails? We have reservations, but our friends need to know a little more before they will sign on. Since we love both your beer and your cocktails, we are more flexible. When do you think you will have the additional details?

  4. armsbyabbey says:

All cocktails using an array of different spirits and fresh local fruits and herbs! Not to be missed! Menu should be posted shortly!

Had a fantastic time at the Spirited Summer Solstice dinner last night! Everything was wonderful – my favorites of the night: the ahi tuna parcel and the bourbon cocktail.

Can’t wait for the fall dinner!!
